No gearbox. Nothing to slow you down.

At 2900 RPM a large air end moves more air for the same drive power. Fewer parts turning, less heat, less wear — and less that can interrupt a shift. Low speed is not a compromise here. It is the reason these machines keep running.

High Efficiency Air End

Asymmetric line and 5.6 profile rotor with band-type sealing, raising air production by 5–10%. Large rotor diameter and low speed give long life and low noise.

Intake Valve

High quality, high reliability valve controlling loading and unloading of the machine to save energy.

Efficient Radiator

Cooler sized 30% over requirement, preventing carbon build-up when running in high ambient temperatures.

Intelligent Controller

Micro-computer PLC monitoring pressure, temperature and current, with alarms and security protection.

Filtration System

Heavy duty air filter and high efficiency oil filter, with three-stage air–oil separation.

Motor

IE3 / IE4 high efficiency, energy saving, insulation grade F, protection grade IP55.

Quiet Operation

High efficiency cooling fan keeps the sound level low, 65–72 dB across the range.

Air–Oil Separator

German cyclone and string separator technology keeping oil carry-over under 2 ppm.
